This is hands down one of the best animal parks in Minnesota. The staff is so well educated and talented and it's obvious they love what they do. Care of the animals is top priority, followed by a deep passion for community education for both students and adults. I've visited both on local school field trips as well as personal family visits and every time have left with both a better appreciation for Minnesota's native species as well as our environment. In addition, their hiking trails are well suited for any level hiker, especially when installing a love for hiking in children. We are honored to support the work of Zollman Zoo and Oxbow Park and will be visiting the animals who have become more like friends often.
We love it there, first time at Zoo dazzle. We will be returning so much fun and kind people . We do go ever year in the summer the animals and hiking are the best.
I love what they did for the children. There was a Santa as well as a small arts and crafts table. Small fires to stay warm. The lights were nice. The only down side was the parking, it was so crowded that we had to walk a far distance. Overall it was a very nice display and fun for the kids. I would recommend it to people with small children and I will be going back next year. Thanks oxbow for all your hard work. Good job!
Great place to take kids, they have a lot of birds, reptiles, a pony, and other animals. Well maintained and friendly staff. They also have a kids play area outside the zoo which will let the kids burn off any excess energy before the ride home.
Excellent place to visit with the kids. Spend a few hours there. Pack a lunch. Free but donations recommend.
